"Return policy was frustrating, but I guess that’s their rule"
I tried to return it, but they wouldn’t take it back, which felt unfair and annoying at the time. I get that they have a policy and I probably should’ve checked it more carefully, but it still left a bad taste. Not much I could do about it, so I just accepted it and moved on.

"They actually kept their word on delivery"
My order showed up right when they said it would, which I really appreciate. It’s only right for a company to be honest about timing, and in this case they handled it exactly as they should. No issues at all.

"I really don’t feel like this was..."
I really don’t feel like this was worth what I paid. The prices seemed decent at first, but by the time shipping and extra costs were added, it ended up feeling way too expensive for what actually showed up.

The product itself was average, nothing that stood out or felt special. I probably could’ve found something similar for less somewhere else, and I didn’t even bother contacting customer service because I don’t trust that they’d do much besides give me a runaround. I won’t be ordering again.

The hair was just... fine. Nothing terrible, but nothing that really impressed me either. It does shed sometimes, which was a little annoying. I still wore it, but yeah, just okay overall.

"Stock info wasn’t accurate"
I ordered a few hair products from beautydepotonline.com because the site showed everything was in stock. Then a couple days later, I got an email saying one of the items was actually sold out... which was frustrating.
They did refund me for it, so that part was fine, but I only placed the order because I wanted that item. I just wish the stock info on the site was more accurate

"Processing took way longer than I expected"
I ordered a few things from beautydepotonline.com, and at first I was excited because I’d been looking forward to trying them. But then my order just kind of sat there in processing for days with no real movement, which was frustrating.

I totally understand that shipping itself can take a while, but this was before it had even shipped. I kept checking my email and logging into my account hoping for an update, and it started to feel like I was doing more waiting than shopping.

When the items finally showed up, they were fine, so I don’t really have complaints about the products. It was just the slow processing that took the fun out of it for me, so I’m not sure I’d order again unless I had plenty of time to wait.

"Order got canceled and nobody really helped"
So yeah, my order just got canceled, and I had to keep checking in to find out what was going on. They didn’t give me a clear reason, and the updates I got weren’t helpful at all. it just felt like a waste of time. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

Some of the products don’t list all the ingredients, which is a bit annoying when you’re trying to check before buying.

"Tracking was okay, just a bit slow"
My order did show up eventually, but for some reason the tracking was confusing. It didn’t update for a few days, then out of nowhere it started moving again. The package was fine when it arrived, so no real issue there. I just wish the tracking updates had been a little clearer.

"Color wasn’t quite what I expected"
I ordered a hair color that looked like a warm brown in the photos, but when I got it, it seemed darker and a little more red-toned than I thought it would be. Maybe I just read the shade wrong or my screen made it look different, so I don’t want to totally blame the listing, but it wasn’t exactly what I had in mind.

Shipping was fine and everything was packed well, so no issues there. I do wish the color photos or swatches were a bit more accurate, though. I might order again, but next time I’d probably check the shade somewhere else first just to make sure I’m not picking the wrong one again.

"Not quite what I expected"
I’m a little frustrated because the picture made it look like one color, but when it showed up in person it came across different. It’s not necessarily terrible, just confusing because I thought I knew what I was getting based on the photos...

"Good deals when the codes actually work"
I wasn’t expecting huge discounts every time, but I figured the promo codes would be a bit more reliable. They do have some decent offers now and then, and the prices are usually fair enough. I just make sure to double-check the code before placing an order so I’m not counting on a discount that doesn’t go through.

My order confirmation showed items I didn’t actually order, and when I reached out to support, they weren’t able to get it fixed. I imagine other customers would be just as frustrated seeing the wrong items listed and not getting a clear solution.

My order did show up on time, which I appreciated. But when I opened it, one of the boxes was a bit squished and there wasn’t much padding inside, so my first thought was that it could’ve easily gotten damaged. Luckily nothing was broken, so it worked out fine, but based on how it was packed, I wouldn’t say it felt very secure. Overall, it was okay, just not the best packaging experience.

I was all set to place my order, but after waiting in the checkout queue and finally getting to the shipping part, the cost was way higher than I expected. It made the whole total feel not worth it anymore.

Maybe it makes sense if you’re buying a big haul, but for just a few small beauty items, it felt ridiculous. I ended up closing my cart instead of checking out

"Refund came through... just a bit slow"
I did get my refund in the end, so no major issue there... it just took longer than I was expecting. Not a terrible experience, but I definitely wish the process had been a little quicker.
